Task Force Z #12 may not be the best conclusion to our series, but we definitely have an action-packed one that does its best to put our characters back so others can use them. I enjoyed the art overall and while there is some fun to be had in this issue, I ultimately just left this wanting more answers.... and having way more questions.   Read Full Review

It's such a shame how this series dropped the ball. It started out strong, but looking at this conclusion, I can't really say that any of it was truly worth it. This issue ends on a cliffhanger and barely gives us a satisfying ending as it rushes through all the action, and because of that the emotional beats don't work, either. The art isn't bad, but the lack of backgrounds and the repetitious color schemes make for a pretty bland overall aesthetic. All things considered, I can't recommend this issue, especially when there are far more interesting books on stands this week. Read Full Review

I really enjoyed this series. It was fun, and did a lot to make Jason a more compelling character. Something he desperately needs after all the years of Lobdell's trash.

This series started off so strong and just got so convoluted and off focus but the one saving grace was the tweak to make Bloom a mad scientist that led to some entertainment.
