It is. It tries to be funny, but it's really not. I do not understand why it exists beyond movie synergy. It's not really about King Shark, it's about Tim Seeley's OC The Defacer from his Nightwing run.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why DC would bother to make this story Digital First when they should have been releasing it as print first. The story is incredible and I'm definitely wanting to see more! This is trash. This is very unfunny, and it doesn't realize that it's not good. This is a terrible comic, and I hope people stay away.
