Comic Book Bin - Paul Mason
Aug 28, 2017It opens with top cat talking to his peers about being rich,rich rich and busted by a cop. Whereupon Top Cat relates that Hoagy's ally is haunted by the ghost of Hoagy. Sounds like a job for Scooby-doo and the gang and Officer Dibble calls them in to investigate. What follows is a pretty amusing typical scooby-doo case with the expected hijinks and shenanigans.
