I was disappointed not see Soy as the artist last issue, because I adore his style so much! I was very happy to see him back doing this issue. Red Hood and the Outlaws#15 is a lot of fun. Combining characters from two titles, but the same Batverse could have seemed forced and overloaded. Luckily, the team of Scott Lobdell and Dexter Soy rise to the challenge with great character beats and action. Read Full Review

While I wish that "Bizarro Reborn" stuck to a smaller cast, and I have some issues with dialogue and character decisions, I largely enjoyed Red Hood and the Outlaws #15. The Bizarro saga still thrums along, the artwork is both attractive and highly functional, and I still want to see where it goes. I'd say that's a good book in the end. Read Full Review

We get the Outlaws fighting some fellow heroes in this issue and while it all looks great, I found myself confused about why everything escalated to the point it did.  Overall, the issue looked great though and I'm still intrigued with this Smarty Pants Bizarro arc, but I'm going to start needed some more substance soon. From the perspective of the Outlaws the issue works well enough, although it certainly raises issues about the morality and decisions of Gotham City's other heroes. After beating the Outlaws, the real question is where does the arc (and the comic) go from here? Hit-and-Miss. Read Full Review

Overall, its a typical team-up story, with two teams of heroes fighting one another. Of course, its the other team who arethe bad guys here, because this aint their book. If they are featured elsewhere in the current DC library, no doubt the Outlaws would be the villains du jour. Read Full Review

I'm a HUGE fan of Artemis, so it was fun to see her pit her Amazon strength and training against that of a deadly ninja warrior like Orphan. Seeing Red Hood go toe-to-toe against Batwing was also a lot of fun too. Of course the various character's normal smarts are put aside so that we can see a battle like this happen (as is often the case in storylines like this), but it was fun none-the-less to see the Comic Con geek discussion of ‘who would win in a battle between such and such characters‘ play out in front of you. I'm really excited too to see what it is exactly that Lex Luthor put into play among the Outlaws. Read Full Review

Another fun and action filled issue. Probably my favorite Rebirth title.Love the new Brainzarro,hope it continues for a few more issues. Why the $3.99 price DC?What happened to $2.99?

You aren't happy to have the crew of Detective Comics in Detective Comics ? no suit ! They are here. And Lobdell make a pretty job with the too team at each other throat. Ok, their is some easy ellipse. They kind of capture Bizarro pretty easily & quickly. And retrieve it right under the nose of the outlaw & their I.A. But I was a good story. I like the fight, and that was a pleasant surprise to see the team of the book loosing. Generally that the team who come fighting who loose. Dexter Soy art make marvelous panel. I have some issue with Orphan (But I really don't like this outfit too ^^) I choose the Variant cover who is just beautiful.

good art, and not bad writing except... it takes the Detective team totally out of character. they would attach Red Hood's team simply because they have lowered the crime rate? this is patently stupid. also, we are supposed to believe Clayface can knock out Artemis with one punch? Again, completely stupid.

A rare weak issue for this series as Lobdell doesn't really do well with Team Batman.
