Overall, I would be very interested in learning what Niciezas take on the entire Resurrection of Ras Al Ghul would have been. He wrote two of the strongest, if not the strongest issues, of this storyline and most definitely shows off a love and respect for Batmans supporting cast, specifically Robin and Nightwing. In ranting about my distaste for this event's design, I haven't left much time to point out this issue's bright spots. Unlike previous installments of "The Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul", this issue contains (for the most part) excellent artwork from Don Kramer, who handles the emotionally flaccid fight between Dick and Tim to the best of his abilities and at least provides the dumb scene with some exciting visuals. On a similar note, although he fails to competently write Tim Drake's character, Fabian Nicieza does display a sharp command of Dick Grayson's voice and trademark wit. Overall though, this issue is as uneven and as frustrating as the sum of this event's parts, and "The Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul" is quickly crumbling into a disappointment. Read Full Review
