Nov 21, 2013The book also has Amanda Waller confronting Dante. Maybe Cisco is going to die and Dante will become the 'even newer' Vibe? I hope not. Cisco has been a breath of fresh air in the dank New 52 DCU. It is a shame this book is ending. But I will support it and enjoy it till the end. Read Full Review

Nov 15, 2013With just one issue to go, it seems unlikely that Gates will be able to wrap up the book's various plot threads with any modicum of satisfaction. It's a shame that this book was never able to overcome its name, even with the JLA moniker. The New 52 is hurting for strong teenage characters, and Vibe fits the “Spider-Man” mold quite well. “Vibe” #9 is far from the series best, with unremarkable art and some generally goofy characters among Vibe's new “Justice League,” but it's still a fun installment of one of the New 52′s most underrated series. Nov 16, 2013Well Vibe has certainly become "out there". This issue tries to cram so much information on you, and doesn't even give us the benefit of having Vibe try to explain it to us in normal terms. He just nods his head, and goes with it leaving us in the dark. The new direction of Vibe might be appreciated in a DCU that is preoccupied with the Crime Syndicate, but it's too much too soon. Especially for a title that is on the way out. Hopefully next issue will give us a break, and talk to us like Vibe would want to be talked to. Read Full Review
