Not always a big fan of Tom King, but this is the first time I really don't understand where he's trying to go. It takes way too long to get started, Jenny Spark's character is far too passive, and the Justice League are walking clichés, complete jerks. It feels like I'm reading a Garth Ennis version, but without the humor. That being said, there are still some good ideas (even though the idea of civilians with a mad god in a restaurant feels a lot like a Sandman story). It's a pity, I love Jenny Spark, one of the best character from The Authority.
