The story ends with a splash page that makes me eager for Volume 3. I hope that Bechko, Hardman, and Boyd continue to revamp more Green Lantern characters. Read Full Review

The creative team of Corinna Bechko and Gabriel Hardman return to the universe they created and deliver a fantastic sequel that builds on what came before and sets the stage for more adventures. It doesn't feel as impactful as the first volume, and with less room for reimagining, so in that way feels almost more like DC's monthly comics output " a little bit bare, a little unsubstantial. But it introduces more elements that could make for a compelling third volume, and it's still an enjoyable superhero sci-fi mashup, to boot. Exquisite art and a compelling and fantastic writing makes GREEN LANTERN : EARTH ONE(part 2) a modern epic recommended to every comic book readers out there.

one of the most underrated stories out there. People keep on praising Batman Earth One, but this is a really great series all around.

I feel bad rating a book that most people seemed to really enjoy so low, but for me personally the writing was just really, really bland...I found it so difficult to care about anything that was happening by the end. The dialogue felt stiff and unrealistic, the story was muddled and the pacing was off, and the characters had no depth to them; not even Hal. The only bright spot in this book was the art, which was very good. I was really disappointed in this. I wanted to enjoy it, but I just couldn't.
