The story ends with a bit of mystery to it and I'm guessing next month's Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps is where you will want to go to continue this thread. My only misgiving is that this should have shipped before Rebirth kicked off because we already know which Lanterns survive. Read Full Review

Green Lantern Corps: Edge of Oblivion #6 might have dropped off from many readers' radars with all the hoopla surrounding DC's Rebirth initiative, and while the story didn't contain a great deal of depth it serves as a fun science fiction / action-adventure romp.  Tom Taylor's story served as a fun tale of high danger and great heroics, and at the end of the day that's not a bad thing.  However the disappointing ending and the failure to make the antagonists more interesting left me wanting a bit more.  Three out of five lanterns. I'm not the biggest fan of Edge of Oblivion and I doubt I'll revisit as the years go by but it had it's moment of amazing action and great character moments from Guy Gardner. If the Van Sciver or even Ardian Syaf remained on the team for six issues this would have a better looking book. The inconsistency of the art is sadly the worst aspect for this mini series. Edge of Oblivion comes to an end........ and that's about all it does because if you were waiting for any kind of explanation about what went down with our Lantern heroes and why they ended up in this Universe that existed before their own........ well keep waiting because you won't find that here.  This is a very humdrum finale to a series that didn't offer us much to begin with and all I can really be thankful for is that it's finally over and we can get back to some Green Lantern Corps fun now that Rebirth is out and about.
