A terrific read for Charlton heroes and the characters of the 30th century. This is one worth tracking down. Read Full Review

This series has proven to be one of the more pleasant surprises of the Convergence lineup. If anything, Blue Beetle only gets better in its second issue now that Scott Lobdell has moved past the formulaic setup phase and can focus on the battle for the fate of Hub City. Read Full Review

This is much lighter than the first issue and is surprisingly good. If Lobdell learns how to restrain himself I think he'd be a lot better writer consistently and we wouldn't have had to deal with his attempts at edginess with his Teen Titans and Red Hood & The Outlawsruns. Read Full Review

This story really turned around out of nowhere.  Where in the first issue it seemed like it wanted to live outside of the normal city fights city scenario, here we just jump into the action and leave all that time traveling nonsense behind and I'm happy it did because I had so much fun reading this issue.  Go on out there and be a good comic fan and get yourself an issue of Convergence: Blue Beetle, it's a hell of a way to end this event. All said, this was a good way to end a rocky start, and a nice way to introduce an artist we may be seeing more of in the future. It was an adequateend for Blue Beetle, a character that readers would like to see more of. Read Full Review

It's silly without coming off as unbearably cheesy. Take it too seriously it's about a 6, but take it for what it is and this is a really likeable issue.

It's a charming mini-series to read, the ending is kind of silly but maybe that is consistent with how the old Blue Beetle comics were.
