Overall, issue #6 is a great addition to the series and although a bit slow to start picks up and gest us involved with the story trying to piece all of Batman’s clues together ourselves from all the previous issues. The artwork is fluid and strong and really helps sell the emotion of the story and bring it to life for the reader visually. The Batman's Grave #6 does many things well " as expected " but also takes a few steps back by not taking advantage of the momentum that was set up in the previous issue. The book does, however, deliver some incredible action, nice character beats, and gives us some much-needed detective work that's been void of Batman books for quite some time now! Another good issue. Pacing is weird, but writing is still solid. Hitch is doing a fine job on art, but honestly, his style isn't really well suited to action scenes, and when you have as many action scenes as this series does, that becomes really noticeable.

There was an uptick here. The story moved a bit further in an interesting way, but the pacing here is so off. I don't understand it.
