Taking down the big bad wolf is at the top of Batman's agenda, but the Dark Knight is the least of Bigby's concerns. He has the pulse of more sinister forces at work when he takes to the streets to track down a magical book that's gone missing from Fabletown!

The first issue of this strange Vertigo crossover was an odd one, with unusual pacing and new characters that it felt like we were supposed to know. After reading this second issue, I'm starting to get my bearings here"and it feels like we might be in for something special. Read Full Review

Leisten has an interesting and engaging visual style. I like the look of the characters and the use of Gotham as another character in the story. Read Full Review

Come to a different world, a Gotham that is both different and familiar. Any fan of Fables will get what's going on and feel those same emotions that Willingham delivered in Fables. For readers that aren't well-versed in superhero comics, this is a series that will give you a fresh look as well. Rife with bits and pieces from Fables and Batman's multimedia appearances, Batman vs Bigby ! A Wolf in Gotham #2 builds on it's many foundations. Read Full Review

Issue #2 of the Batman vs Bigby! series by DC Black Label reveals more of what is to come, while continuing to leave us with intrigue yet to be uncovered  Some is only hidden from Batman; we readers get a peek at a few big secrets this time, some with and some without our main protagonist along for the ride. The art continues to be a strong point, yet this story continues to leave me with many questions for which I need answers before the next full moon. Read Full Review

With the Batman side of things looking no better than "War Games" and Fables failing to recapture its charm, it appears this miniseries missed its mark by many years. Read Full Review

This isn't a bad book but... that's not Dick Grayson. I though he was Damian or maybe Jason Todd but Willingham clearly doesn't care about the personality here because that's not Dick.

Continues to interest, but this was a much slower issue. Let's get to some real versing already, like the title suggests, please.

This one feels a little more like Fables, the bats are a much more aggressive breed here as well, just not sure to what ends. Geeked a little at a few revelations IF any of this canon, but I'm not sure because it's not clear where any of this is taking place other than some version of Gotham.

"He's hated by all the right element" A little odd in a few places, but still engaging in the end.

Bill Willingham's brain has deteriorated so much that he's forgotten how to write. Beware of shills giving this above a 5, they likely have a parasocial relationship with Willingham. I almost feel sorry for them.
