Evan Narcisses writing gives both characters room to shine, and Nikolas Draper-Iveys artwork captures a futuristic world thats not so different from today at its core. If you are a fan of either Batman Beyond or Static, whether it be from the '90s and 2000s cartoons or from their respective appearances in other comics, I recommend giving Batman/Static Beyond #1 a shot.
