    On a far more positive note, veteran Batman artist Denys Cowan is turning in his most experimental and provocative work on this story arc, and his jarring and jagged line-work is quite powerful on each of these atmospheric and densely packed 22 pages. Cowan's artwork is alone reason to pick up this issue, but so is the opportunity to watch a rookie comic book writer force his entire foot into his mouth. Read Full Review
