Apr 19, 2017Scott Eaton returns as the artist. Eaton's work is improving as he's able to better emote his characters and get more natural reactions out of them. The action sequences looked great and Eaton established some really nice perspectives. Gabe Eltaeb crafts some stunning backdrops Read Full Review

Apr 19, 2017There honestly wasn't much wrong with this issue. Abnett's story keeps building and building, with the writer excellently using the horror elements he presents and crafts a tight, very human-driven story with Aquaman making sporadic appearances here and there. The art was fantastic and the mystery deepens. Read Full Review

Apr 19, 2017Aquaman and Mera just discovered an alien universe that could be a potential threat to their world. Even if this story is contained in the Aquaman territory, I think it'll still be a high intensity story, that is definitely worth reading. Read Full Review

Apr 22, 2017This has been one of my favorite Rebirth titles and it is still going strong. It's too bad that this title will be going to monthly status soon. But in the meantime, be sure to check out this great issue. Read Full Review

May 13, 2017Scot Eatons work is solid as usual. Although some of the alien creatures on Tethis look cool, his strength is with technology scenes and military gear. But no worries. Aquaman and Mera look swell when they swim! Read Full Review

Apr 19, 2017Some interesting developments with Strange Water and an incremental passage of time still left me a little disappointed in this underwater horror tale that's just going on too long. The arc should be shorter or the story should be better. I like the basic conceit, but it ain't jaw-dropping. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Duke Harrington
Apr 19, 2017Although I have fun picking nits, Aquaman is a good book. I daresay, even, one of the best DC is currently publishing. Unfortunately, we're due for a smaller dose of the sea kind, as come July he gets demoted to monthly status and will see a price hike to $3.99. Even with Stjepan Sejic coming on board for art, I'm not sure that's the best way to lure in new readers. Read Full Review
