Great follow-up to issue 1. Now that the characters are established, this issue focuses on presenting the problem they must overcome. The characters are all relatable, believable and enjoyable. There was an interesting twist with Pugg's girlfriend (her name escapes me at the moment). Pugg's transformation was fun. The story as a whole so far has a slight Mars Attacks meets Red Dawn vibe. I like it a lot.

At first I was not as interested as the first issue, but it really made its way to be pretty entertaining. It's a little absurd and farfetched, but it's fun.
