Alienated #3

Alienated proves, yet again, what an incredible series this is and is undebatably a must-read comic. The focus on Samantha takes the story in an unexpected but welcome direction, Spurrier manages to tell a story which is emotionally impactful with a conclusion that is genuinely unpredictable. Another pleasant surprise, this is the series that keeps delivering above my expectations. This one focuses on Samantha who has quickly become the most likeable. Once you dive into each character's psyche, you see where they are coming from and they become real.

Well jeez...this kicked things into a new gear. I agree with my fellow reviewer that Samantha is easily the most likeable of our three misfit teens and it's not even close. This was such a powerful issue, Spurrier did a fantastic job with Samantha's story here. Very well done. And Chris Wildgoose killed it with the art.
