Magic: The Gathering - Chandra #3 is a must read for any Magic the Gathering fans. It fleshes out a character who I once saw as one dimensional, and it gives a lot of great character interaction and fights.

It's a high speed, high action read. With outstanding team-ups, a great story, and terrific depictions of zombots (page 24 has a particularly notable scene with Omega verse a horde). This comic does it all the right way. It even ends on an intense note, with Shadow himself turned zombot and promises another Sonic and Omega pairing for next issue.

The early character creation/shaping of Jane Foster's Valkyrie feels a bit too easy, but as for everything else: the development, the drama, the action, it is moving in the right direction.

Turok #3 is definitely not slowing down. It takes a moment to pause when needed, but it keeps the arrows flying and the laser pistols firing.

Red Hood and the Outlaws (2016-) #32 is a positive move forward in Todd's arc but the issue could have been improved with a less redundant summary early on in the story.
