The Immortal Hulk #17 is incredible, as is the entire series. It's perfect, and will probably remain perfect until it ends.

A Walk Through Hell is very much a modern day Lovecraft tale of horror but without the big dumb tentacle monsters.

The main Zdarsky story may be one of the best things he's ever written, and combined with Allred's art it's an annual that can't be missed.

Donny Cates, Ariel Oletti, and Jordie Bellaire ran 50 yards and slam-dunked this one out of the park. It's a huge step in the right direction for The Inhumans franchise, and has the gravity and weight the Inhumans need right now.

A huge improvement over the first issue, Doctor Strange promisies to take us on a magic tour through the stars that not even Leonard Nimoy could of imagined.

Pearl is an explosive start to the newest creation by Brian Michael Bendis and the amazing Michael Gaydos. The story itself is very good take on the gangland crime-noir type stories, but the shining star of this book is artist Michael Gaydos and the mindblowing art he puts to paper in this first issue of Pearl.

A great first issue for Sentry. Jeff Lemire is doing what he does best, which is bringing heart and emotional realness to a fantastical story.

Man of Steel #2 is very much a 2nd issue of a short miniseries, in that it doesn't give us a lot of info as to whats happening, but it adds some layers and it's a fun ride.

What would seem to be a generic dumb horror mini-series about three teenagers trepassing upon a town seceret turns into a complex, character driven cautionary tale that actually has a lot of weight to it.

An extremely fun read for a character that deserves more than a miniseries.

This is an amazing jumping on point for people who want a little more Tony in their souls, and just all around a fun romp in some yellow and gold armor.

Hey Kids! Comics is an ambitious series by Howard Chaykin. It's a conduit of controversy, focused on the birth of the comic book business as we know it, and the fictionalized seedy backroom deals and personal dramas that laid the foundation for it to be the powerhouse conglomerate it is today.

Yes, it has beautiful art, greatly written dialogue and narration, but who wants Doctor Strange magic-less? Hopefully, that changes soon.
