This is something epic! Something really special what Scott Snyder conjured! A Batman who feels more real yet so fantastical, tangible yet a spectre of an idea. The art is glorifying and stunning thanks to Nick Dragotta, the Batman design is 10/10 for me and yet the story, the lore, the style of the comics is the actual hero of this comic. A GENERATONAL TITLE

This AC volume was a ton of fun as Superman is put under a dilemma of dealing with old foes and odd ones as he strives to protect Metropolis and his family. The re-emergence of Doomsday was a welcome turn as we get to see how matured Supes did after his last encounter, Wonder Woman pops in a surprise cameo and Luthor's motives are questioned. Although the incessant odd Clark Kent identity really takes away from the action, it is nothing but a solid fun read with good action and emotions.

Probably my favorite genre is when Superman hypes up his wife, and Lois being showcased as a strong character of her own. This short bridge to set up the new universe our familiar super family is in, is a breezy yet intriguing story. And works as it is. The art is also superbly done.

Good gosh Snyder just knows what's up when it comes to Batman, as the Caped Crusader goes against troves of villains to cure Harvey Dent Two-Face. The art by John Romita is brilliant and the story is fun and thrilling.

The characterization of both Arthur and Mera are done pretty well, a solid straightforward plot that shows how reasonable a king Aquaman is... There's pretty well action and art, also The Big Blue pops in a cameo.

While the plot seems a bit thin, its story beats are mildly interesting with a good enough look into Batgirl broadening her horizon. The art is consistently clean and crispy throughout, but other than that i think much of the materials are wasted.

Very inconsequential run as nothing special or interesting is done here with the materials at hand except the Huntress arc, the art sometimes is a miss but 80% good while the reveal of who is Oracle seems a lil underwhelming at this stage.

While the Kaiju designs are fun and the frames and panels are no doubt beautiful, the story really doesn't pack that much of a punch as ypu'd though it would. Still have fun with the monsters rampaging through Gotham.

While the ending could've been mildly better, there's no doubt that this gritty look at how difficult it is to protect Gotham is really poignant, sad yet in a way beautiful. The art is solid with really stunning panels. This one is a solid read.

Tom King's I Am Suicide run might be a little clunky and off-putting dialogues but it's not without its charm where Batman and his gang of misfits pulls off a heist only he can dare and plan for. The story works well and the art is no doubt stunning with the last two Rooftop chapters actually making me ship Bat and Cat--oh wait i already ship them.

Ed Brubaker pens a thrilling and dreary story of the past coming back to haunt Captain America, as it sets up for new chapters to explore. It's intriguing, smart and the pace keeps you thoroughly invested as it picks apart Cap's shaky memories. The art is stunning here and the #7 ends with a haunting look at a destructive mind. It's spectacular.

The story beats are kept consistent in this second volume of the classic Winter Soldier series where Cap's dilemma is answered but at what cost. A solid characterisation for Cap and the charcters involved as we come to know about the tragic circumstances of Bucky. Stakes feel high yet so contained and the emotions involved are strong. Satisfying yet so brutal and poignant.

Brubaker's story writing is at its finest here as the machinations and planning of Lukin/Skull throttles the narrative to its intended destination, with a stunning art and a sure and steady pacing that keeps you invested in this action thriller.

This is an excellent read for a Marvel fan such as me(DC Fan too) who also likes Captain America as a great character. The story of him adjusting to a familiar America which is not exactly his own is emotional yet sad. The pacing is kept steady to keep you invested partnered with a great art. The writing is also thoughtful as Steve struggles to find his place.

This is the Superman everyone loves... The art is also so stunning here.

Do What You Gotta Do, Superman

Literally such an efficient way to show change throughout the universe without breaking characters but solidifying them as the art stays fantastic through its panels. The story is intelligent world-building with really thoughtful writing. Can't wait to get into the meat of the matter.

It won't be a reach to claim that this is, in my opinion, one of the best title in rebirth era. The story is so heartfelt and so smartly written, the characterisation was on point, the team up was cool and every member got their own spotlight to shine. The ending was so sad yet sets up so well for this era. The art is gorgeous and so enthralling. This is a remarkable BatFam title.

A really amazing continuation to all the happenings in Batman's life as his past oversights comes to haunt him and his team, as a moral dilemma is put into the equation. Tynion IV knows how to handle the caped crusader and his teams and understands their lore and characterisation as the story moves in a smooth pace and build-up. Even the two part Batwoman special works well to set her up. Overall, a solid addition to the Batmen lore.

While the reveal was a lil predictable, the art is faithfully gorgeous and smart, the character work and the story really speeds through a great look in the life of The Flash, as the selfless speed icon.

It was a fun run for me with a good enough story and characterisation, plus good art across the board, i'm excited for how all these pays off in coming runs.

This is not that bad as some people here rated it to be. 5.9 rating is atrocious, although art is highly subjective. This Rage Planet run has been highly entertaining for me, with beautiful art with crisp designs and a simple story that is bolstered by a solid character work for the two lanterns. Their chemistry is good too.

Well this was a middling experience, and that i don't expect from a Justice League comic. It was going well, but then the writing became very sloppy and lazy, it doesn't tell much or it may do in future but it still doesn't hold your attention for that. The story just happens and the stakes is seemingly big but doesn't feel big. The art is beautiful enough but it can't save it.

I don't know what Hitch was trying to do here. Most of the ideas were either half-baked or rushed, and there's few interesting moments. The art is good enough but you can skip this, it's middling.

A solid read about characterization of Nightwing and getting to be what he truly is. While Owl villain was basic at best, Raptor really forms a formidable obstacle for the bird in blue to overcome. The art is solid and clean overall and the inclusion of Batgirl is a welcoming addition.

While the overarching plot is treated in a low stakes way, the characterization and the struggles of Kara is hold up in a considerable way to make this a breezy and solid read with consistent and beautiful art and kinetic action panels.

New 52 Superman goes out in a glory of emotional drama that packs a punch with his powerful relationships and his gaping ache of saving the world. Although the pacing is something to be polished, the art is stunning in this action-packed farewell.

There's so much to like about this volume. From Clark and Lois trying to figure out how to raise Jon on his advent of his powers to Eradicator as an apt villain on this arc to Lois as Hell-Bat... Tomasi knocked this one out of the park

Probably one of the best Tomasi-Gleason Super run where Superman and Lois delves deeper into raising Jon with their hopes and fears written thoughtfully and with fun stamped all over it. Whether it be losing their way in Dinosaur Island, or the Main Event tussle with Batman and Robin, or the short but still reflective Super Monster, each of them is written pretty well and drawn beautifully.

This is such an interesting story to boot. Putting Clark and Lois in a familiar but not their world just gels so well with the addition of Jon. So many is at stake here, the art is so beautiful and yet i wish there was a more formidable villain here for them to overcome. --Full Review/Thoughts for the Series--

The potential of Jimenez volume is not efficiently reached as many of its interesting pieces are lost in the overwrought and rushed panels which is albeit very beautiful thanks to the art. The characterisation of Lana and Lena works very well in tandem with each other, but it's the other building blocks that is very weak around them. Overall, it's a mildly fun read yet flawed.

This was so good. Rebirth getting off to a good start as Wally finds his lighting rod. The story is kept heartfelt and yet giving little details for the event to move forward at a sure and steady pace. Wally is given more spotlight here but of course his friends, Titans, were not behind.

This trio slaps, and Manapul knows how to write them. The art is crisp and beautiful across the board and even with little flaws here and there, this is a solid read of the DC Trio.

This 87 run from Simonson has a good art to go with a solid characterization for the characters as an amnesiac Wonder Woman tries to recollect who she is, but other than a passing commentary on how Gods work and a good arc from Trevor, there's nothing else to really root for. Still, a fun with some miniscule flaws.

From devastating to heartfelt, This WW journey by Rucka is a solid read and sets up beautifully the themes WonderMommy carries through.

More than a solid run Greg Rucka spins a memorable Year One for WonderMommy with thoughtful storytelling, and good characterisation. The art is stunning thanks to Nicola Scott and Bilquis Evely cameo. Probably one of my favourite Rebirth era run.
