Definitely not a level of Aaron. The story isn't really high quality and the constantly changing artstyle makes it only worse. Very mediocre, but not without good moments. Although it's not like they compensate for the overall feeling that it's something made in a hurry by some people that never cared about the story. It's just weird on many levels...

Like, at first you see a new chapter in Hulk's life, that he lives a rather wild life with Moloids. But then it instantly gets destroyed and forgotten as the story moves to the Hulk vs Banner part. Aaron introduces new characters, but none of them are good or really written much. For example, Amanda von Doom is a cool badass woman not realated to Doom, even though he's actually in the story and too many scenes and used storytelling techniques imply that she actually is. And the only thing we really know about her and her personality is that she has a fetish for big green men. Great.

Or how about the hump guy, who has a different vibe with every artstyle? At first he has a moustache and a very French-like appearance, but then he's more like a normal guy who can stand still and you barely notice his hump sometimes. But then he is portrayed as a literal Quasimodo... And yeah, as far as I understood he wants Amanda, but she still makes him stay behind the door while she gets ran over by a few gamma aboriginals. Great! Amazing supporting cast, couldn't wish for a better one.

Also the story was really artificially prolonged due to the help of unnecessary splashpages and lazy writing. I mean, sometimes the splashpages here weren't even visually stunning or revaling some bigger than life twists. The Hulk himself is also really boring as a character here. Banner is just insane to be insane and that's it. The story just moved to move and you already knew the result at the very beginning. It's just pointless, poorly written and visually mediocre.
