This issue was a real good follow up to issue one. As the escape was daunting enough now the crew has to continue to run and that proves to be the hardest part. Christopher Cantwell does an amazing job of building our trust and feelings for these characters. The amount of jeopardy and strife that he puts them in builds a great deal of suspense for the reader. Read Full Review
Out of Alcatraz #2 may not barrel forward plot-wise, but its careful attention to character, theme, and visual storytelling makes it a rewarding and thoughtful read.
