Every house has stories. Some good, some bad, and some traumatizing. Wolverine's childhood home is definitely the latter two. This issue took place at the old abandoned Howlett estate, and the art captured the creepiness in such a beautiful way. It was more suspenseful than action packed, and the colors and art perfectly captured that. The inner dialogue of Logan talking about his past, mixed with the art showing us bits of it as well, made for a very personal, creepy, and beautiful issue. Read Full Review

Wolverine #10 is the kind of issue this character was built for: visceral, tragic, and feral. Saladin Ahmed continues to prove he understands the soul beneath the claws, and with the return of a major villain, the road ahead looks more dangerousand personalthan ever. Read Full Review

While there are a lot of unknowns, this already feels a lot more engaging than the previous storyline by a wide margin. It's still a standard Wolverine story that could have easily been told thirty years ago in Marvel Comics Presents, but it's doing better than just big action set pieces with lots of characters and wildly big concepts. Logan is at his best on his own in smaller situations that are more personal and push him more, so this one is doing a lot of good lifting to achieve that. The artwork clicks well for it, and the color design captures the old, ruined house vibe perfectly. Definitely curious to see what's next, even if it delves into another character thought dead still being alive. Read Full Review

    AIPT - David Brooke Jun 18, 2025

Wolverine #10 leans hard into brooding introspection and eerie atmosphere, using internal narration to carry much of the story. While the art delivers haunting visuals and a compelling final page, the issue itself drags, with little payoff until the very end. It's a setup-heavy chapter that hints at bigger things to come, but asks readers for a lot of patience (and $4.99) to get there. Read Full Review
