Summary: The world is on the brink of WW III, which the Monocle & his associates want to spark in order to seize power afterwards. While Sue & Reed are patrolling above the UN building in the Fantasti-Car, they are hit by a Neutrak ray by the Monocle but safely crash into the river. Ben stops a building from falling down that was caused by the Monocle. Over Johnny's protest, Medusa returns Crystal to Attilan per Black Bolt's command. The Monocle distracts Johnny from his search by blowing up nearby objects. Inside the UN, the Monocle is about to assassinate an ambassador when his "camera" blows up due to Reed's reversal ray gun. The Monocle tries to escape out of a window, but Johnny melts his air-jet rods, & Ben then catches him. more
