I have absolutely loved meeting the Rocketfellers over the last 6 issues. However, this was the first issue that didn't focus around the family dynamic. However, it still had a lot of relatable family drama with a sci-fi twist that is leading more so to how we got where we are. Meeting the Rocketfellers to the degree we have made this issue all the better. I fell in love with this family almost immediately. Now throwing in issues of sustainability, ethics, longevity, war, and so much more gives this story so many amazing layers. I found myself nodding along to ad in the future, and then agreeing with all Roland's hesitancies, while also relating to both the mother and the daughter/sister as they argued. Read Full Review

Plot
Roland gathers his family, Rachel, Rodney, Rae, Richie, and Rex, to explain how his nanotechnology, which is present throughout the forest and concentrated in the Christmas tree, came to life. This tree is the foundation of the Cronex Corporation. Roland is about to reveal the secrets he holds from the 25th century.
Jacob owns Cronex, and his fiancée is Raina, Roland and Reggie's sister. She works as Cronex's security guard, is a highly efficient and lethal soldier, and an expert in industrial espionage.

This was a great story with great artwork.I have enjoyed getting to know the family and the past/future is looking interesting.
