Italia - credo che questo volume sia incentrato sull' importanza della figura della compagna di Aric. Già dal capitolo 38 con il matrimonio si inizia a capire l'importanza di Saana, poi quando la vigna atterra sul nostro pianeta, Aric si trova in difficoltà nel gestire i due popoli, fortunatamente è lei a calmarlo e consigliarlo. I conflitti generati sono stati causati soprattutto dalla paura degli umani verso gli alieni e dal comandante Trill che opera dietro le quinte.
