Don't even try to read it if you didn't read the Incredible Hulk vol 2 #14-20. But if you did - then it might be interesting for you to know more about general Ryker. Also it gives a second life for some of the oldest Hulk characters and the few action scenes this comic has were not bad at all. The art is fine either. I didn't expect much from that book, but it wasn't a waste of time for me.
