Oliver Harrison was a mythical hero who slayed the greatest threat to his realm before even hitting puberty. But that was then.
As an adult, Oliver leads an average cookie-cutter suburban life-aside from the fact that he's mentally unstable, massively paranoid, smokes like a chimney, and gets blackout drunk every night to hide from his horrific nightmares. Will the arrival of a superhero team called the Prestige prove the madness isn't all in Oliver's head? And what about all the epic fantasy crap from his childhood?
Join us for a brutal as hell tale of magical worlds, gifted youth, evil sorcerers, superheroes, war, blood, guts, and
more

It's a good comic book idea with many elements used and abused by many stories from movies to comic books. I enjoyed it for what it is but many times it's trying to go hard as Cates likes to do but that takes me out of it. Ryan Stegman delivers his best work since Venom and JP Mayer inks it wonderfully ending up with carpal tunnel in the process :). Sonia Oback's colors were also very good. I hope it's around for the people that enjoy it but I'm out. P.S. I hope Donny Cates all the best and I hope he seeks the help he needs because there many elements that he's struggling with that come through his work.
