Jun 23, 2021Another entry in a crowded field of Isekai, this story is immensely cute and has some really great pacing. We start off with Ruri already in the Dragon King’s lap, and the rest of this volume starts to explain how she got there. By the end of the volume, she still isn’t back to where she was in the beginning, but the little stories and adventures Ruri has throughout are satisfying and interesting. The fairies are super cute and all over the story. Even Ruri’s initial plans for revenge are pretty adorable. There is also a good amount of explanation balanced with actually “showing” us how the world works through the illustrations and the characters Ruri meets. Read Full Review
