The Graphic Library - Sara Campbell
May 12, 2021There are some funny moments in this short title, but overall, the embarrassments and the recoveries for them are very indicative of Japanese culture where it is important to save face and, at least, appear competent. In the U.S., some of these moments would still be embarrassing, but not to the extent they are in this story. The four gentlemen meet at the end in what could be a set up for a nice little romance or at least friendship between the four cool guys, so the rest of the series might have a little more substance than this first volume, which is mostly just a slice-of-life and introduction to our four characters.
