    Overall,Magical Girl IncidentVolume 2 isnt as special as its first outing but it does offer some interesting worldbuilding. Its an enjoyable read, but its hard to shake the feeling that somethings missing (mostly Hiromis best friend) and that does put a downer on the whole thing. Hopefully, #3 will come together better!
