Sep 28, 2026It was very rewarding to learn about Zaki in this volume and see him develop as a character. I also appreciated the growth in friendship between the four leads and especially Mogari's maturity as he became the main confidant for Zaki. This series has had some wonderfully positive representation of male friendships that I would be good for all teen readers and their libraries to have. Aside from the relationships, there was ample humor and a bit of action as Mogari is still on his quest to exorcise thousands of spirits under his family's deadline. Read Full Review
