  Horror is one way to categorize this comic book, though I think Suspense is a better word to describe it. Bunn and Haun create an eerie setting and creepy tone in Wolf Moon to keep their readers at the edge of their seats. If you're a horror comic fan, and love the gory stuff, pick up a copy of Wolf Moon, ASAP. Read Full Review

  With the history of the wolf now firmly established, Cullen Bunn at last shows the unlucky process in action. The resulting issue allows for an even greater increase in bullets and body parts, in turn forcing Dillon's progression to take a bit of a back seat. Read Full Review

  Though not without its flaws, Wolf Moon could be viewed in very much the same way as so many B-list horror movies are: campy, gruesome, tongue-in-cheek, and most importantly capable of ascending to cult status with ease. When approached from this perspective much of what could be considered as problematic is transformed into a positive as it moves beyond the avenues of what some would refer to as good taste.
