    There are quite a bit of post-apocalyptic comics being published right now, but Sweet Tooth is currently the best. It's writing and art strike an emotional cord deeper than the rest, from the singular vision of Jeff Lemire. I say, buy it. Read Full Review

    Sweet Tooth is a great read, albeit a quick one. I found, like many titles, that the story was more satisfying in a complete arc. Once I finished issue six, I found myself lamenting the fact that issue seven was a month away. That only means Jeff Lemire is doing his job well. Read Full Review

    Being only 6 issues in, we really cant complain too much about the pace of the plot. The first story arc established the state of the world and the character of Sweet Tooth quite effectively. This second story arc looks to do the same for Jepperd. Once hes established, hopefully Lemire will get down to some real thematic developments. Given Lemires strengths as a writer and artist, this should be a given. Read Full Review

    "Sweet Tooth" is a comic that's growing on me more with each issue. I'm hoping we get more "what's going on" and less "traveling the country trying to survive" each month, but for now I'm content to sit back and see what Lemire serves up for us next as readers. Read Full Review
