Comic Crusaders - Johnny Hughes
Oct 21, 2015The book is an intriguing look at the future. As Geomancers are involved, I suppose it was only a matter of time before one of the brother three got brought into the book. That said, the warrior sought by Rai is not the only surprise that he encounters. Kindt is flexing his creative muscles with this book, which is a very different from his other Valiant book, Ninjak. That said, a new world may not suit everyone and a level of perseverance may be required as there doesn't seem to ber a natural jumping on point. Still, the reward may be worth the effort. Valianthave been consistently producing some of the best series from any publisher lately, and this is no exception to that. Whether you hop on board now, pick up the first two chapters in the arc or wait for the next arc to begin, make sure Rai is on your radar. Read Full Review

Oct 22, 2015Rai #11is an excellent issue with anintense ending that makes up for what would have otherwise been just another build up issue. It's good to see Lula and Spylocke taking action and not just planning to attack Father. Same goes for Momo and Izak, although this toostops on the precipice of the move against Father. However,the conclusion to this issue has melegitimately excited about next issue since it seems as if Rai will finally return to battle but not alone. Read Full Review
