  Sometimes a book can come up with something truly unique, or at least follow a path not often followed, yet still come off as kind of blah, and that's unfortunately the case with Yozakura Quartet. While it evoked memories of the comics I grew up reading, it didn't do much to make me feel I wouldn't have been better off just reading those old books again rather than read this manga. There's a definite audience out there for this type of book, but it also seems like it might have been done better. Perhaps it has been, and we just haven't seen it yet. Read Full Review
