  I can see how followers of the Death of Spider-Man might be upset by the lack of extensive tie-in Avengers vs. New Ultimates provides. Especially when you stop to consider how big the "Death of Spider-Man" banner is on the cover dress. But if you take Avengers vs. New Ultimates for what it is -- a continuation of Millar's Ultimates epic that started in 2002 -- then you should be more than satisfied.
