Major Spoilers - Stephen Schleicher
Mar 12, 2010As a first issue, this could have gotten bad really quick. Instead, writer Tom Waltz and co-plotter Joe Carnahan take the opening chapter of this mini-series and turn it into a nice stand alone issue. I loved watching the trailer for the upcoming A-Team movie, and I'm gonna miss the likenesses of the original team, but for those wanting a solid action tale, the A-Team: Shotgun Wedding #1 is a good issue to pick up, earning 3.5 out of 5 Stars. Mar 10, 2010Visually, this new A-team book is a few steps short of total disaster. But from a scripting standpoint it succeeds very well. Waltz has captured what I love about the A-Team while dding in just a touch of modern pizazz. I have my doubts as to how well this comic actually represents the new version of the team, but does that really matter as long as the plan comes together? Read Full Review
