  While the story is billed as a futuristic sci-fi tale, there is very little in the way of action scenes but that does not detract from a very entertaining book. There is no real back-story, so we jump straight into the story and deals with the characters relationships with each other. The story is centered around the man who fell to Earth, who we discover is a noble from one of the citadels in the sky trying to find his way back home and is being helped by the father/son Storm Chasers.
