Comic Book Bin - Andy Frisk

    Oct 20, 2010

DC Comics has tried launching, some dark and grim, gothic and supernatural mainstream superhero titles recently to scant positive review and success (Anyone remember Simon Dark?), but with Ragman, they already have an established character with a cool look and a built in plethora of potential storylines. On the other hand, Segovia also inks and colors his pencils, and both the overly heavy blacks and the muted colors detract from the visual appeal of the issue. DC gathered a respectable creative team for this one-shot. Unfortunately, the end result was largely disappointing. Read Full Review
