  It took some persistence to get past the dated feel of the book, but once I understood it's genre homage, I was able to relax and enjoy it for what it was. St. Pierre seems to relish the cheesier aspects of the cyberthriller but also doesn't play into it with camp. It's a knowingly earnest story from a veteran storyteller which works exactly in that regard. Read Full Review
