Kaoru’s paranormal property problems keep piling up as she recruits wayward spirits for her haunted apartment complex (whether they like it or not!). But a new arrival threatens to raise the stakes…

The ghostly gang is growing! Life at Ghost Mansion has never been stranger – or more crowded – as Kaoru continues her unusual mission: recruiting spirits to live peacefully in her haunted apartment complex. Her job as a landlord to the dead is anything but normal!

As Tsuzumi, the exorcist-turned-tenant, begins to bond with her new neighbors, Kaoru finds herself caught in the middle of a paranormal tug-of-war between grudges, grief, and ghostly mischief.

This volume dives deeper into the stories of the spirits who haunt the mansion, revealing bittersweet pasts and unexpected connections. From troublesome tenants to tearful backstories, Kaoru’s journey as the world’s most laid-back landlord continues to be equal parts touching and terrifying.

Nebukuro’s hit manga keeps the scares light and the laughs coming in this third installment – proof that even the afterlife has rent due and emotional baggage baggage to unpack! more
