Jan 29, 2015Color me impressed. Doctor Who The Twelfth Doctor 4 is a quantum leap ahead of the first issue in terms of quality. This was a fun, classic Who story that played with big ideas while at the same time rooting them in solid, human emotions and motivations. Practically everything in this issue hit the right mark, and I am very happy that I decided to give this another chance. Now let's just hope that this Doctor's personality can be a bit more defined.
