Jun 29, 2022ULTRAMAX #2 holds on to its strong, central idea about a henchman in prison for killing a superhero. The kernel of the story is there, and some intrigue involving the warden keeps the curiosity up, but the clunky, awkward art and stuttering scene transitions make the reading experience a chore.
