A pandemic is at the center of it all, but really, this is a story about the little moments between the bigger ones that keep us alive. Apr 17, 2021Covid-19 has soured many on this sort of fiction, but I lapped it up. I usually enjoy the elements of the story showing the collapse of society, and dislike the scrabbling around in the ruins of the world (take note, The Stand).
