  Word Of The Nerd - Robert Emmett

  Clues are given, but nothing is obvious. As I read through, numerous theories pop into my head, only to be punctured in the next panel.This is wonderful writing, and the artwork as well is adeptly handled. I still am not sure where we are, or why. But writer Ryan K Lindsay and artist Eric Zawadski, have a clear, singular vision about where we are going. It's refreshing that we aren't beat on the head with plot points, the story is subtle, and unfolds one tiny detail at a time. The reader has to work to keep up with this one, but the reward is richer because of it. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one plays out, I don't mind at all getting lost in this creepy world.   Headspace #2 is a briskly paced chapter that builds upon the strong foundation laid out by the debut. We now have a strong and determined protagonist with a clear goal; the only thing standing between him and redemption is his own physical intangibility and the demons of his past.   Comic Bastards - Samantha Roehrig

  Headspace gave us exactly what we wanted from #2. I thought I gave too much praise to #1, but after the reading, I can't wait to see where we go again with #3. Our plot moves smoothly with Shane, the art pops with its deep colors, and the story takes you on a journey through the mind. My head is telling me we'll be exploring Shane's mind more than our actual host though! Read Full Review
