Deadpool returns to the orphanage of his youth to demystify the fearful hold the place has on him. But when he arrives, Deadpool has terrible flashbacks to when he was a child, stole a rifle and almost went on a shooting spree. Can Bob show him that the orphanage is a wonderful place and not the horror he remembers, or will Deadpool become lost in the past and fulfill that deadly childhood mission.     The manner in which Deadpool's origin and motivation are just dumped into the readers' laps in issue #11 is inelegant, but Lapham deserves credit for delivering a story with lasting emotional impact. Any comedic offerings in this episode are characteristically dead on arrival, but, as this is the first book that has shown promise in this series, you should check it out, so long as you've been following along thus far.
