    Comics Bulletin - Jason Cornwell

    Mike Avon Oeming is called upon to deliver the emotional impact of this issue, and he does everything that could be asked of the artist, from his amazing work on the opening sequence which perfectly captures the shock of what the character does, to the equally important moment later in the issue where we finally see that the character finally displays an emotional response to what they've done. In fact the scene where the character has their reaction makes the final pages even more powerful from a visual sense as we've seen the character is disturbed by their actions, and as such it becomes quite unsettling to see the calm acceptance of those final panels after the character has been confronted by an even more powerful reminder of what they've done.
