Weekly Comic Book Review - geraldomalley
Jul 12, 2013Powers: Bureau seems like an after-thought. Bendis and Oeming have failed to maintain the high standard of storytelling and quirky, interesting art that characterized this series. This series seems rudderless with story elements coming and going and genres being thrown out and then dropped, ridiculous story conventions and characters looking for an exit strategy.
