With the Blue team set to go back to the past soon, Bunn delves into their personal fears and reservations surrounding the journey. The biggest flaw here may be that it will leave fans wishing we saw those vignettes explored in more depth. But all good things come to an end, and X-Men Blue #35 is a thoughtful, satisfying beginning of the end for the original five. Read Full Review

The O5 X-Men contemplate their mortality in a hit-or-miss series of meetings with their older selves. Beast and Bobby get excellent scenes, Jean Grey is "meh," and Cyclops gets shorted. I'd have rather seen more Cyclops instead of the random weirdo "Archangel tries to give O5 Angel a humanitarian chore" scene. Good art and some nice character moments don't quite overcome the aimless feel of the issue as a whole; it doesn't help that this is foreshadowing a doom that's already started in Extermination.

Too late for this. We didn't care about this future we know will not happen. Cover - In link, not bad 1/2 Writing - There was some part interesting but much of this is feel just like filling. 1/3 Arts - Marcus To did great. 3/3 Feeling - 0/2 This time I will not come for the next, finger crossed ^^
